 - Remove singleton notations `{[ x,y ]}` and `{[ x,y,z ]}` for `{[ (x,y) ]}`
   and `{[ (x,y,z) ]}`. They date back to the time we used the `singleton` class
   with a product for maps (there's now the `singletonM` class).
