Add poisson-open-loop workload in client.cpp

Added a poisson-open-loop workload in src/client.cpp that uses the Poisson Open Loop workload in the back. Also updated the implementation of Poisson-based clients to use Exponential distribution for inter-arrival times instead of Poisson distribution.
