Removes auth_both_op and renames auth_both_frac_op into auth_both_op.

Rename existing asymmetric lemma `singleton_included` into `singleton_included_l`.

`{o,r,ur}Functor_map_{ne,id,compose,contractive}`.

Same rationale as iris/stdpp!132.

This helps async proof checking (see
iris/iris!406 (comment 46759)).
